Distinguishing Between Paragraphs

A common problem that people have when first entering content into the Web Editor, is distinguishing between paragraphs, because there is no tab in the Web Editor. Articles often times end up looking like this:

In order to distinguish between paragraphs you must enter a blank line to separate them. The result is much more legible, as you can see here:
http://www.treesfoundation.org/publications/article-129
 
This can be somewhat of a hassle for larger articles. Unfortunately, there is no easy work around that I am aware of - if you know of a program or method to automatically add the extra line in between paragraphs that were previously demarcated with tabs, please let me know.
