InterTribal Sinkyone Wilderness Council - Cultural Conservation Easement Workshop

Cultural conservation easements (CCEs) blend the restrictive environmental protection of conservation easements, with the access provisions of easements. CCEs are important for ensuring protection of and access to culturally important Native American sites that may not be in Tribal ownership.
